I am not using any third party keyboards or anything, but when typing in Safari, my keyboard seems to be excruciatingly slow. I turned off predictive text, as well as dictation- don't need any of it on my iPad, but the keyboard is still ridiculously slow, and has to "catch up" to my typing.

I have an iPad mini first generation with cellular service. I've also noticed that this happens mostly only in Safari, and that the rest of the iPad seems to work completely fine.

I've also tried to clear all website history and data, and that actually helped Safari out quite a bit, but the keyboard does still feel slow sometimes.
