Hi, I'm not sure if this was the right area to post this, but I am being told about a software issue that is only happening on MacOSX/Apple devices? I can't fully test this but it seems to be the case at our apartment.
Logging into the bank website has been troublesome for the past 5 days. It has usually timed out or taken a really long time to load. What I have been told is that this is only happening if you're trying to log on by using an Apple device.
Can anyone confirm that this is also happening to you with an Apple device/computer? Have you been able to log on with a Windows OS?
This is really troublesome and Customer Service on multiple calls has either acknowledged that there is a problem and/or has said there is nothing wrong with their website.
