getting different answers googling

when do you restore from backup using iTunes, before or after hitting cydia for the first time or does it matter

EDIT: this would be if you jailbreak from a clean restore

Doesn't much matter unless the user is restoring pirated apps which means you have to JB before restoring content, otherwise it's completely irrelevant which order they do it in. ;-)
