Text Editor with Built in Web browser.

I came in here to say Editorial. I can't think of anything else.

Actually, no, so there goes that option.

It hasn't been updated for iOS 8 either. It works but crashes sometimes.

Editorial lets you bring up the browser inside the app, but it takes up the whole screen. So you can't have a scenario where half the app is the browser and e other half is the text editor.

Editorial is also not the easiest app to master. I downloaded it but was overwhelmed by its complexity. For example, it lets you build custom workflows but you need to have some programming knowledge to really take advantage of it.

You can play around with it if you are willing to burn a few bucks, but I don't think it may be all that suitable for your needs.
