iMac 5k and Cinema Display.

Do anyone else got a Cinema Display attached to a new iMac 5k?, mine is a 27 inch Mini DisplayPort CD, and every time I switch focus between displays the icons in the menubar act weird for a fraction of second (in both displays), sometimes staying that like that until I switch focus again...
