I wondered the same thing. Maybe they have conquered the curved edge issue? Or have a new version that is less susceptible to the edge chipping that some have reported? Mine has been fine, but I know some people have had problems...

Mine hasn't chipped in the month I've had it. My issue and what I hope gets addressed is the fact that the left and right side of the protector only covers over the screen, not even a bit more over so installation is one tough cookie. Even once I get it perfect there is some odd color distortions through the edge of the glass due to it being so narrow. I hope Zagg comes out with a better option for this issue.

Mine chipped after three days. I had it in my back pocket and sat on it, BUT i ALWAYS did that with my other iPhone and never had problems. I called ZAGG today and the rep told me that the Glass had many problems and recommended I get the HDX.

Really? I don't like the HDX. If that's true they are definitely coming out with a revised glass.

As a follow up...my previous comment was for my iPhone 6 which is still in perfect condition and I'm happy. I just installed the Zagg Glass on an iPhone 6 Plus and can confirm, it is very chippy. Just normal usage after a day there is a chip on the left hand side along the screens edge. Very unhappy on this one. Will be going back to Best Buy to return. Hope the "no questions asked" return is held up on their end!

The HDX is the newest one and is all so the strongest of the Zagg line. And it's takes noting from the view as it it was design for your HD screen. Had it on my 6plus since the first day I received it from UPS, and I can't tell the phone has a screen on it at all. Other than the edges not being covered, It's just as clear as the glass model. I think it's like 99% clarity vs 100% on the pure glass model. Well 1% for me is not enough for me to get the all glass model over the 3 times stronger HDX model, might be for others though so hey to each is own.

HU, if you are looking for a Zagg Glass screen protector for your 6 or 6 Plus, Best Buy has them marked down to $23.99 and $22.99 respectively. Regular price is $39.99. I have one on my 6 Plus and really like it.

the zagg's have been marked down for about a week now. thought i read that they are releasing a newer glass version that covers more of the screen here, maybe it was reddit. and i think (but could be mistaken), that it was either a cheap upgrade, if not free, if you have their current glass one.

no offense, but unless ur talking about use, clearly can see the screen protector, especially because its not aligned properly and because of the horse shoe cutout. id prolly do a worse job myself, and the main reason to consider a zagg protector is to have them install it, for me at least.

I just bought the Zagg Glass in Best Buy. They had it for 39.99 listed in store. I showed them their online price an d they price matched it for 23.99.

Do have a question. They installed it for me in store. However, when I got home, I noticed there is a small thin 0.5mm hair-like dust under the glass. I live an hour away from the store, and would not be able to go back til tomorrow or Wednesday to have it replaced.
Would the dust particle scratch my iPhone's screen in any way if I leave it there for a day or three?

You should be fine. Had a small dust speck under the screen protector for a month before I finally replaced it. No issues

Yes I am talking about when using the phone. Of course you will notice it when the phone is not on. The main reason for me to order the HDX was for protection and not for anyone to install it for me. It may not have been the best install but it on there with no bubbles and if anything should happen my screen is protected. And with help of my daily driver case here.

I spoke to Zagg about a replacement today and they said the revision actually covers less of the glass. The original version was chipping as mine had.

I didn't think the original was wide enough but apparently the curve starts on the edges of the display.

Wow interesting. I've been using the tempered glass protector from Verizon and its just .01mm thicker and I have not had any chipping issues. Think I will stay with it until the new Zagg's get some reviews.

They also indicated that my replacement will be the revised version. I will see if it is smaller.

Well there is no way to cover the 6/6+ dew to the Cerved edges not with the tempered glass screen protectors anyways.

Just picked mine up at Best Buy. The label says "The New iPhone". Is this the right one, or is there a newer version for the 6?

I had mine on for a few weeks now and I'm super easy with my phone and noticed the corner of my screen was cracked. Sorry protector. I have yet to find a quality one yet with this curved display.

Look into the Verizon branded tempered glass protector. One my iPhone 6 since launch and no crack/chip issues.
