Hi, I just recently (a week ago) bought a 13 inch MBA and installed both Office 2011 & Windows 7 on it.

However, I am planning to exchange it for a rMBP.

The question I have is will there be any issue when I reactivate the licenses on the new rMBP? Will I need to explain to Microsoft on the licenses? Anyone experienced any difficulty with MS on this issue?

Please advice.

Thanks.

If it's an OEM version of Windows, you cannot transfer it. If it's a full retail version, then yes you can and it's pretty painless. Read:
