Cracked the screen of my 6 and sent it off for repair, they were unable to fix it so sent me a cheque for a new one. got the new device today and have first off set up as new phone.
i am now trying to restore from my ICloud backup made just before i sent the old phone off but no backups are showing.
I'm at a loss as to whats going on, little help please anyone?
