Why is my movie player doing this?

This happens for all movie players, youtube etc... Also it happens across browsers, any help would be greatly appreciated, its really annoying. I have updated everything/deleted and renewed all add ons!

(The bottom goes on the top like a flickering thing!)

Looked into them settings and nothing, anyone else? This is doing my head in!!
