I have iPhone 6 Plus and it is on iOS 8.1.1 and has been jailbroken. The stock music app is constantly crashing on my phone. It is totally unusable. I booted the phone in safe mode (boot with pressing volume up) and the music app works fine. So it definitely has something to do with jailbreak. Anyone knows what is the problem and solution ?

Could be a tweak that you have installed. I would suggest you removing one at a time, and reboot after each. Then you can test your phone for stability.
Same problem with iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.2 w/TaiG
I have tried uninstalling any cydia tweak i can think of. My iPad 2 with the same OS & jailbreak is fine. I've actually compared both devices to each other and can't seem to figure out why.
