I can't send text or iMessage to certain people

the recipients of the groupchat were all iMessage at first. I don't know if they disabled but now I can't reply to the group. I can receive text from the group but I can't reply. Even if I resend it as a text message.

I can't reply to the group chat. I don't think they are in iMessage anymore. But if I wanted to create a new chat nonimessage it always go back to iMessage chat

Sounds they're like my mother who changed her icloud password and forgot to login to iMessages.

But are you saying you can't even send individual texts to those people?

I'm not sure, but I think the chat is only for iMessage. You can't start a text chat.

What's the difference between a real chat and a groupchat? Isn't that the same thing when ur texting several people?
