Looking for recommendations for a good/fast work horse printer (color laser) that is very compatible with Mac's on mixed network of Mac's and PC's.
This is for a private school in which the marketing dept. is always on my butt about the printing speed. I have only been in the Mac world for the last year and even though I have embraced my change of heart from PC to Mac, I've been let down a little on it's printing compatibly and the way you control it in OS X.
I am using HP 200 laserjets and HP 400 laserjets for the heavier demand only to be disappointed. I think its a driver issue with HP. I have been on with tech from HP as many times as I have fingers on one hand and still not pleased at the speed the job transfer and process from a Mac vs. a PC
Any thoughts on my problem or color lasers you are using in a net work environment would be appreciated
