I get kernel panics and BSODs, and I have OS X and windows installed on separate partitions. This makes me think it's entirely hardware related. All of the errors are generally related to the RAM. However, memtest did not bring up any errors with its bit manipulations.

I have crucial's 16GB kit for this MBP. It has never given me a problem until recently. Crashes occur if I'm playing any sort of game on windows (VRAM comes from RAM, so makes sense) or if I start parallels on the mac side.

I am under apple care but I would have to replace my new HDD with my old one and replace the current RAM with the old ram. I'm going to do a PRAM and SMC reset and see if that fixes the issue. Then I will talk to crucial about getting the memory replaced.

In between these steps, can anybody offer advice or discussion if they've had similar issues?
