Apple TV works with Win7 but not Mac Mini...

I picked up an Apple TV a week ago and started using it with my desktop Win7 machine's iTunes. No issues - worked great!! I had been wanting to pickup a mac mini and couple it with my drobo as a media server/backup server/server server.. So it came in the mail on Saturday. It won't work with Apple TV.

The Home Share works fine from the Mac Mini to:
iPad Air
Macbook Pro
Windows 7 desktop

All the above can see the Mac Mini iTunes Library - no issues..

However, the Apple TV v3 will not see the library.

I have: Unshared, reshared, rebooted, etc mac mini.
I have renamed the music library several times as well.
I have forgotten and re-setup network on ATV.
I have restarted and used menu options to reset ATV.
I have done a restore to ATV using USB on macbook pro.

Nothing seems to work for the ATV to see the library on the mini. After each troubleshooting step, I verified that all devices except ATV could see the mini's library.

Apple Support is supposed to call me tomorrow, but it would be nice to fix it today.

Any ideas?

PS - Mac Mini can push content to ATV no problem - but mini is downstairs, ATV is upstairs - so that's a pain. ATV just won't pull content from mini.
