iTunes Match Auto Download on Second Mac

Hi, I have two macs linked with iTunes match, I add the tracks from my MacBook and itubes match does its thing, the Mac mini server then sees the updated tracks but I want it to auto download any new tracks, how?

Is this possible? Is like to sync all my family's devices with the music server but they won't sync unless the tracks are physically on the Mac minis drive rather than the cloud.

If not a default setting maybe an Automator task which download all the recently added playlist list each night?
