hi all, my iphone 5s is acting up, i dont have to touch the screen only hover over something and the phone opens apps. or if im using the keyboard it acts like i have pressed keys, to me it seams like a static interference. i changed the screen but the same issues are present, any ideas? i have no issues opening / soldering / reworking the fone.,

Quite a few people are reporting that resetting all settings helps:

Settings => General => Reset => Reset All Settings

Presumably it forces recalibration of the digitiser. Others are reporting that they need to perform a full restore of the device, without restoring from backup. Others still are working around the issue by placing a screen protector over it, reducing its sensitivity.
