iPad Best/Legit iPad purchase price right now?

My wife is looking to upgrade her iPad 3rd Gen to an iPad air 2 in the next month. I have noticed there are some iPad air 2 models on Amazon for at least a 50 dollar savings. Now that coupled with the fact there would be zero sales tax makes it an appealing purchase. Has anyone ordered from Amazon recently. These appear to be new iPad air 2's but I just wanted to see if I am missing something... anyone?

Thanks for the link. I see they are at $50 off with free shipping and no sales tax. That's a significant savings....
