Best Mac backup app?

What does everyone use for backing up? Ideally I want something that's a Universal Binary, lets me choose what folders to backup, and can copy to an encrypted disk image on an external drive.
Is there such an app out there?

I recommend SuperDuper! for backing up, it's a great app. Carbon Copy Cloner is excellent as well.

I agree. I'm a big fan of the full bootable backup. Much better than just copying certain files.

I'm not too fussed about creating a bootable backup - my external drive isn't big enough for that anyway.
I just want an easy way of copying and encrypting specific folders, with some automatic scheduling.

I use iBackup as it's free but it doesn't do very much - just copies files/folders that you want to a particular location. Does all I need it to though and it's a nice little app.
