What does everyone use for backing up? Ideally I want something that's a Universal Binary, lets me choose what folders to backup, and can copy to an encrypted disk image on an external drive.
Is there such an app out there?

SuperDuper! is great for its flexibility but it aint free.

CarbonCopyCloner otherwise is you needs are not too great

I'm not too fussed about creating a bootable backup - my external drive isn't big enough for that anyway.
I just want an easy way of copying and encrypting specific folders, with some automatic scheduling.

I use iBackup as it's free but it doesn't do very much - just copies files/folders that you want to a particular location. Does all I need it to though and it's a nice little app.
