Need help with a website

My fraternity is looking to have someone design host and maybe maintain a website for our chapter.
I was wondering if you all knew of someone who could design us a site and help host it.
Any suggestions?
We are looking to spend less then 300 dollars.
thank you

Which fraternity? If you're a certain one I might consider doing both for free, depending on how vast of a web site you want.

The guy that built my website is really good if you want a site that is easy to maintain. $300 would probably get you a website with not a lot of pages though. He builds what is called CMS websites which basically means it gives retards like me an easy format to go in and change anything you want.

Here is the site he built for me www.compatiblepoker.com

Here is his website if you want to contact him. Bobi is his name. www.topqmedia.com
