video card suggestions?
I've got a dual 500 G4 that's aging but I'm not ready to part with it.
So one of the things I want to upgrade is the video card.
Anyone have recommendations as to what would be a good choice. Not sure if AGP or PCI makes much difference. I don't do gaming, just design and video production.

Re: video card suggestions?
First AGP is newer you want to check first if you have it and second what you want it to cost.

I've got an AGP slot. I think it's probably just 2x though since this machine was purchased in the fall of 2000.
If I have an AGP slot does that definitely mean I don't want to go with a PCI card?
Cost: less than $200

Never go with PCI over AGP.
You have an AGP slot you go with an AGP card for your vid card...
I would suggest a ATi 8500 or 9000 OEM. Those would probley suit you best.
