Long story short. Replaced my original hard drive in my 2008 MacBookPro with a new Crucial 512 SSD. Cloned my old hard drive to the SSD. Only it didn't clone the Windows partition I had on the original.
When I boot up holding the option key, it sees the external (old) hard drive via USB, but doesn't see the Windows partition. No biggie I think, I'll just reload Windows Vista on the old HDD via BootCamp. NOPE!! I need to partition the External (old) HDD to a FAT system. How do I do that? I only need Windows for two programs, and Vista works just fine for them. What do I need to do to load Windows onto the external HDD?
