iPad Ipad charing

So we use Ipad at work and when i startet a year ago i got an Ipad with retina ( Ipad 4 ) but this friday when i got to work the guy that handles your Ipads handed me an Air 2 and got my old in return.
So i am asking will the charger from the Ipad 4 charge ( 12 watt ) faster then the 10 watt charger from the Air 2?

Yes it does charge quicker. Not that much quicker, but it would be better to use it.
