resetting iPad to Mobile...not Desktop so Apps open

I emailed some links to my iPad 3 but when I tried to open the offers on my iPad, I got 'Offer Unavailable...this offer isn't available on desktop'....I tried in Safari, Mercury and Google Chrome. Somehow I seem to have the iPad set as Desktop...probably since last IOS update?

Any suggestions would be brilliant!
