Are you trying to share using Mac mail or a third party email client (ie; thunderbird)?

I just tried to share a photo via email on my laptop and apparently you can't use the "share" function with a third-party email client. I use thunderbird and it doesn't show, however when I switch to Mac mail as the default client it shows up.

It would be a matter of IBM coding the share functionality into their app.
