App that deletes cache?

It used to be Battery Doctor app that coulf perform this task, but the latest update seems to have removed all non-battery related functions from the app.

Can you recommend any similar apps that would delete unnecessary cache from your phone?

Non-jailbroken phone.

There might be some that do it unofficially. The best way is really to delete and reinstall a few apps that use the most (like Facebook, Instagram, and/or other similar ones) which would empty their cache.
