I set up a test event on Calendar and chose for it to notify me via message. Now, I assumed that this would be via the Messages app in OS X but I'm obviously wrong, or am I doing something wrong in terms of configuration? I keep getting a notification box in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Is it not possible to have the Calendar app notify you via the Messages app on OS X Yosemite?
