2015 rMBP w/ dGPU - External displays?

Just bought this machine yesterday, would like a 27-28" 4k monitor to use with it. Am I right in thinking that this MacBook only supports HDMI 1.4, so a max of 30fps, so best off using TB2 (mdp) instead to get 60fps?
I quite like he look of the Dells, which one would be best?

Yes, definitely best to use Thunderbolt / Displayport, not HDMI. I suggest the P2715Q if you want a 27" Dell monitor. I have a pair of P2415Q 24" monitors which I just bought to use with mine. So far, so good.

Will it run @ 60hz / 4k no problem?
Also there are some P2815Qs on eBay for £250 (manufacturer refurb w/ 3yrs warranty), would that be the same panel (albeit 1" bigger)?

Will the new 15" (maxed out) run a pair of the P2715Q monitors at 4K 60hz?

I am looking at a 3 screen setup with the laptop as the third screen, but am happy to have the laptop closed if the two P2715Q run at 60hz and have a two screen setup.
