Ups delivery issue

Ordered new Mac book pro 13 inch 2015 core i7 custom version online a few days ago. Checked UPS tracking today.It has not left anchorage AK where last scan was and i get delivery date for June 2 2015.I called UPS. Will it arrive for june 2 or 1 delivery ?I need it before june 12 that when i graduate high-school

Your posts are ridiculously hard to comprehend. If you're asking a question, the sentence should end with a question mark. If you're just ending a regular sentence, use a period. It really helps.

If you want to know if your computer will be delivered on time, you ought to be calling UPS.

Mine went all over the world (Over space of a week or so) before it got to me.

Just be patient, the estimated time is probably accurate. But just wait it out.

i fix and ups says it has to pass through customs

Call Apple and have them cancel and reorder. UPS is still responsible for delivering on time.

I will wait till I see for more tracking updates but I never order something from apple from China
But it has not left the destination where my MacBook at now

When you pay for UPS shipping, you pay for them to deal with customs. That means they are held accountable when they fail to do the job you paid them for.

OH.

Stop worrying. If it isn't past the original delivery date, you're fine. UPS will rush packages that are due if they are held up at customs. Basically, they will make up for the delay later down the chain.

You don't need to do anything until the delivery date.

You need to wait for the actual delivery date because UPS may upgrade your package to overnight if it needs to in order to deliver on time because of the customs delay. So wait until June 2-3.

Then wait until June 4 before even calling Apple or UPS because they won't do anything if you call before then. And you don't need to post about this here. We cannot help you. Only UPS and Apple can, and only after June 4.

UPS are crap. They delayed my MBP and status said it was being held at the warehouse. I called and asked about it and they said they didn't have my address so it's staying at the warehouse until tomorrow (Friday). I said ok, but 3 minutes later I get a knock on the door and it's UPS with my MacBook Pro.

So not only do their systems not tell the truth (they think it's in the warehouse) but also their staff are not that well informed even if you call. My Mac was already out for delivery yet no one at UPS thought it was!!!

No need, really. Enjoy it when it arrives, sometimes courier estimates are exactly that, slightly inexact, its not really a trust issue.

Just sounds like their system hadn't updated when you called. Nothing more sinister

Don't worry about it. Unless you're past the estimated date.

Refreshing the tracking page every minute won't make it come any sooner.

Asking strangers on the internet won't make it come any sooner either.

Let UPS do its job, you should spend your energy on worrying about something you actually have control over.

I'm going to reiterate what others said, CHILL! Until the delivery goes past the original estimated delivery date (sounds like June 4) you have no reason to complain that it's late or there is an issue. I know you're excited for the new toy but it'll get there when it gets there.

hate to rub it in but i had a rather good experience with UPS this time. ETA for me was 01.06. got delivered on 28.05 much to my surprise : )
