Two computers... exact same library on both, I am just a nerd when it comes to playcounts. Anyone know how to do this???? I want my ipod to sync at work and at home so that I always have an accurate playcount.

easy...

you just have to first put all the song from one computer on the ipod
then set it on manual
then plug it into the sencond computer and drag the library onto the ipod picture in itunes and there you go

You won't get accurate playcounts with manual syncing. You only get playcounts synced back to the PC if you keep the iPod in Auto Sync mode on the one machine.

Consolidate your library on one machine (home) and make it work. Play music only on your iPod while at work.
