Yeah, I wanted to check the status of my order too! Does that mean updates? Why would that section be down instead of something like the online store? Just strange...

It's when the Apple Store main page says they're down for maintenance that you should get excited about. 😀
Actually the Order Status area seems to have regular downtimes for maintenance. So this ny itself is no indication that updates are imminent.

Is seedms almost all of the European stores are down for maintenance right now, but not all. Also, the Asian, US and Canadian sites still seem to be up.
Not just European stores, apparently. The South-African Apple site (www.apple.com/za) has no Store button at the moment.
I don't think the Apple Store has a South African section yet - the "Where to Buy" section on the SA Homepage links to a Reseller Locator rather than the Store.
So, now that the Sores are back up and we know that the iMacs have ben updated, why are the order status pages still down? It's been this way for about 5 hours now...
