Illegal activity on MacRumors is not supported, no matter what.
Providing instructions or links to instructions to change an upgrade version of Windows or to bypass security or some other kind of way to steal is not permitted. However, if you have a proper version of Windows 98, plus the upgrade verrsion of Windows XP, you may combine them through a process known as slipstreaming. Threads on this are permitted.
