Problem with DVD Drive and Airport Card on Ti Powerbook

I recently changed a screen on a Ti Powerbook. After putting everything back the display works fine but it won't detect the Airport card. (It worked before I removed the logic board) and I've inserted a DVD and it doesn't seem to recognise my CD/DVD drive. I've tried the eject button and nothing (not even the eject icon on screen) and when I go into DVDPlayer to try and eject from there I get a message saying "There was an initialization error, A valid DVD drive could not be found [-70012]

Any ideas? This drive has always worked perfect. I've check all the cables for the Airport and Optical Drive and they seem fine.

One of the connectors has isn't seated right or is bad. That would be my guess. might help. At least this is a bump for your thread.
