Hi, all, got my Powerbook 12" today! I'm am so happy with... switcher for the first time!!! I'm never going back...

Actually, I don't know yet, first impressions are excellect, absolutely fantastic, but I will decide on it's merits once the delirium dies down...

now to my query...

I have as old HP deskjet 340. It's one of those portable ones... however, there are no drivers available for it for Mac OSX... but there are drivers for MS OS9 if that will help.

can anyone tell me what I can do?

You might want to try this... its an open-source HP supported Linux/Unix printer driver blah blah dont wanna get too techicnal here.

Just go here and look around. The closest printer they have to the 340 is the 350C, but it might still work, give it a try. Pretty straight forward settup.
