How Come I Can Only See Certain Documents As Thumbnails/Previews?

Is there any way to see these other documents as previews such as the others shown is this pic? Is there any way I can enable this? Thnx! 🙂

Thanks! It's actually Show View Options and not Get Info, but you pointed me in the right direction. 😀
