Trouble with Mail.app Rules

I have old messages sorted into directories by sender. Mail.app is making multiple copies of some of my mail when it files them. Anyone had this problem/know a solution?

I searched the apple knowledge base for you, and I can't find anything. If I were you I would look over your rules again and make sure you are using move functions rather than copy functions to transfer the mail around.
