MP3 voyeur - anything like it for Mac?

When I had a PC, I found MP3 voyeur really useful- do any similar programs exist for the Mac? thanks.

It's a program that automatically searches your LAN for mp3, video, text, zip, and many other files.

I also would love to know if there is anything similar for the mac out, it would of great use.
