Database errors when editing guides

I've been given a database error after saving a few of my recent edits. It doesn't seem to have had any noticeable effects (the changes are still going through), but it might be worth looking into.

Of my edits over the last day:
  • I got the error when editing 3 existing pages
  • I didn't get it when creating a new page (Dashcode)
  • I didn't get it when creating then subsequently editing a test page
Edit: It also seems the list of recent posts isn't being updated properly. It still lists Where is the terminal ? as the most recent thread, but it's now several threads down the list in the Mac Guides forum.
