Any ideas about the next iPod revision?

Would anyone like to speculate about when the iPods will next have a changet to their tech specs and/or pricing?

I would like to get an iPod soonish, but there isn't any rush so I figure it would be worth waiting for the next revision (since I guess its been a while since the last one).

Rumor has it that apple will be releasing a new ipod that has a touch-screen that covers the entire face of the iPod, and is to be released in junction with full-length movies being sold on iTunes. Reminder that these are purely rumors. for more info you could try looking through old rumor articles here at Macrumors.com, youre sure to find a lot of info about it.

My impression was that the touch screen would be near the end of the summer. I was hoping for a nearer future more run of the mill update on the current generation.

Maybe 40GB and 80GB?

Maybe an across-the-board price drop?
