sync address book & calendar between MacBook and G5

Ok I searched the forum (at least did a reasonable attempt) but couldn't find an answer to my question.

It is the first time that I have two macs. Is there an easy way (automator, script, piece of software) to sync up the address book and calendar on the two computers? .... Without using .mac that is.

What are you guys/gals using?
 
Strange nobody else has suggestions .... Maybe I am the only one with a laptop and desktop 😛
