Wipe mac side of hd not windows

how can i wipe it clean and restart a new life in my mac, basically format it, And, can i do it WITHOUT DELETING my bootcamp windows partition?
 
Put in your OS disk. Hold down c while rebooting. Open disk Utility from the Utilities? menu. Erase/format your Mac OS partition, NOT the whole drive. Done.
