I was wanting to buy 128mb of RAM for my 333mhz Powerbook and I have been told that I needed the SO DIMM Ram. Where is the best (cheapest) place to get that from? Does it matter what brand it is? What does that ussually go for? Thanks in adavance.

Depending on the holder of the RAM, prices can vary quite a lot. MemoryX, 18004memory, Crucial charge little memory and have mostly reliable memory, while MacMall, MacConnection, etc. charge, uhhh, about an arm, a leg, some toenails, a few eyelashes, maybe some taste buds...

One time my parents requested memory from MacWarehouse, which was pricey and had (quite possibly still has) bullcrap service. They sent us the wrong memory twice.
