I was curious if there is any way to trick a classic application into thinking VM is on. I have SimCity 3000, and it won't run correctly under Classic mode, and I assume its because of the lack of virtual memory. (It brought up a warning about no having Virtual Memory Active, and it was required to play.) In OS 9 I have Virtual Memory Active (not that I need it) And it plays great, when I turn it off, I has problems. I would like to have the ability to play with out restarting into 9 every time.

Any Assistance would be greatly Appreciated.

I am assuming that it thinks VM is off becuase OS X handles all of the memory when it is in classic mode. But to answer your question, I do not believe it will be possible, unless you can somehow convince the developer to patch the program, which is very unlikely.

I was just hopin for an extension or something that will fake VM.
