Low quality video extends battery life

Ironically, people dismiss low quality mp4/m4v files as being not up to snuff but I found out that with the lowest setting on isquint conversion, I can get up to 4-5 hours using the 30 gb video ipod. Very fascinating but it's all dependent on what quality you are willing to settle for. The same thing when I put videos on my cell phone as well.

Of course --- fewer Mb to push means less hard drive and CPU power consumption.
