Yes, good article, I only disagree slightly with the not released into the wild thing, because one of them were, but weren't able to spread effectively. That they were released sort of implies that if they had been they could have been a high security risk, which they wouldn't have been, not in the form that they were, anyway.

Well, just read this before coming here and it is Sophos, not Apple making the recommendation.

Not too bad an article, but it claims the virus threat absense in Macs is largely down to the smaller base, but doesn't make any mention of the other reasons like Unix.
