Unhappy 17" PowerBooks delayed

MacCentral reports delivery of 17" PowerBooks are delayed. The reasons are not revealed.

Apple's online store shows a waiting period of three to five weeks for the 17-inch PowerBook.

They say Apple declined to comment.

If you want to call it a delay, it's not news.

All the article is saying is that the press release and Steve Jobs said the PowerBook would be available in February. It's now March, and no PowerBook.

But those of us who have a 7-10 week delivery window from Day One, it's not past 10 weeks yet. So if you ask me, someone who has ordered, it's not delayed yet.
