Got a text message on my phone from #129?

Has anyone here ever gotten a Text message on their phone from #129?

It says "Please Call 2502943845" and that sounds like an advertisement if there ever was one.

Anyway I may ask T-Mobile about it later.

Well that makes a bit more sense I wish I had thought about putting dashes in that phone number when I googled it before.

I contacted the company studio7designs about some work last week and they must have sent me a text from outside the country. I have no idea as to why the number it came from is 129, but I don't pretend to understand the telecommunications industry.
