Page up/down etc no longer working in Safari

A lot of my keys no longer work in Safari namely page up, page down, backspace, home and end. Does anyone know what might be wrong and how to fix it? I have Saft, AcidSearch and PithHelmet installed.

Ok I'm going on a guess here....unplug your KB.....reset safari and try again.




NOTE: Are you using apple KB? or?......

Sometimes that happens to me too.

I go to

system preferences>keyboard>keyboard shortcuts>reset shortcuts

now if you have shortcuts this might not work for you

but i dont and rememdies the the home, end, page ^, page V problem

No luck with either suggestion 🙁

I am using the Apple keyboard that came with my intel iMac.

Try turning off your add-ons one-by-one to see if there's a conflicting shortcut or something. 🙂

Disabling "find as you type" in AcidSearch solved it. Hope this helps anyone who stumbles across this thread in future 🙂
