The first image is a dialog screen for an excel add-in for user account A. See how it does not look right?
The same add-in from the same location, when accessed from user account B is looking correctly (second image). The distortion completely ruins the functionality - therefore any insights are welcome.

PS: I have tried purging the excel preflists from library of user account A and the problem reoccurs. I don't know what the next step should be.
