Windows XP setip issue

im setting up windows xp in parallels. When the screen comes up for me to agree or disagree with the statement, pressing f8 does nothing. esc works to get out of it, but page down to scroll does not work either. any ideas?

Are you using a MacBook or MacBook Pro? If so, you need to press the fn key at the same time as F8. Same with Page Up and Down.
