While this is old news that there will be no Keynote at pairs but the article also suggests it has a hidden meaning.
ie that he is only doing it as his way of telling the french to stick it.

doubtful.
more likely there just isn't anything pressing. especially with it being so close after WWDC.

I would have thought if Stevie-Boy was that anti-French, he would find somewhere other than the French capital to hold his Expo...

I wouldn't read too far into it. They probably just don't have anything to announce. I bet iPods will come in October instead.
